If you've recently changed your schedule, or accidentally inputted incorrect information about your cycle (e.g., skipping a placebo week when you plan on taking your placebos), you can update your birth control schedule at any time by following the steps below:
- Go to the 'Profile' tab
- Tap on the 'Settings' cog in the upper right hand corner
- Select 'Update my Information'
- Export your data (so you can be sure to have a backup copy of it)
- Select your birth control method and enter the appropriate start date
- Continue confirming your other onboarding preferences on the following screens, until you can tap 'Let's Get Started' to confirm your changes and complete the update.
