For privacy and security reasons, all of your Spot On data is stored locally on your personal device, and as such we don't have access to a backup. As a result, we are not able to recover your data.
In order to protect yourself from this happening in the future, we recommend that you periodically export a copy of your data to your email - this copy can then be imported into a new download of Spot On so not all your data is lost.
To export your data, please do the following:
- Go to the 'Profile' tab in Spot On
- Tap on the 'Settings' cog in the upper right hand corner
- Tap 'Export Data'
- Tap 'Export My Spot On Data'
- Send your data file to yourself where you can find it later (email, text, etc.)
